Smith Maran Architecture + Interiors llc is an award-winning architecture and interior design firm founded in 1997 by Erik Maran and Ira Smith. We create outstanding public and private destinations for a wide range of clients, from Fortune 500 companies to homeowners. Smith Maran specializes in developing solutions for businesses and institutions seeking to reinforce their mission while adding value to existing and newly acquired assets. Smith Maran serves clients with a wide range of requirements. In our corporate, property development and institutional work, we often provide multi-scale turn-key design and project management, particularly for clients who lack the internal design staff required to manage such projects. In our institutional and mixed-use work, along with basic architectural services, we regularly provide feasibility work in the form of preliminary design and surveying, concept and branding studies, code analysis, and capital plan budgeting.
